20" wide x 12 1/2" high. Shade is 20" wide x 7" high. Canopy is 6" wide. Weighs 8 lbs.
Includes 10-feet of cord. Trim to deisred hang height. Sloped ceiling adaptable.
Uses three maximum 75 watt standard-medium base light bulbs (not included).
