12" wide x 11 3/4" deep x 12" high. Round canopy is 4 1/2" wide x 3/4" high. Weighs 8.45 lbs.
Comes with 10-feet of black fabric cord and 10-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable. Maximum height is 131 1/4". Minimum height is 14 1/4".
