- 52" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 188 x 20 mm motor size.
- White finish motor. Three white finish molded ABS blades. White opal glass. Minka Aire outdoor finishes are excluded from the terms of their warranty.
- Integrated LED 14 watt module, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent bulb. 1,300 lumens. 3000K color temperature. 80 CRI. Includes cap for non-light use.
- Full-function wall control system is included. UL listed for wet locations.
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 12" ceiling to blades, 15" ceiling to bottom of light (with 6" downrod).

From Minka Aire comes the 52" Concept I ceiling fan in white finish with three white finish molded ABS blades. The wet-rated design is equipped with an energy-efficient LED downlight with white opal glass that allows for ambient lighting.
