Product Details
- 52" blade span. 9-degree blade pitch. 123 x 30 mm DC motor size.
- Smoked Iron finish motor. Eight Smoked Iron finish ABS blades.
- Xtreme H2O large ceiling fan. Wet location rated fan for outdoor use. Can also be used indoors. From the Minka Aire brand.
- Comes with full-function hand-held remote control. Smart fan capable (Bond unit sold separately).
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 11 1/4" ceiling to bottom of blades, 13 3/4" ceiling to bottom of fan.
Designed by Minka Aire, the Xtreme H2O is a 52" wet ceiling fan featuring a Smoked Iron finish motor and eight Smoked finish ABS blades. For outdoor use, this powerful fan comes with a DC motor, a full function hand-held remote, and a 6" downrod. (UMRP)
