A true minimalist, this LED smart ceiling fan boasts a matte white finish motor with three matte white blades in a hugger profile.

- 52" blade span. 16 degree blade pitch. 108 x 20 mm DC motor size.
- Full function 6-speed Bluetooth hand-held remote control.
- Smart fan design can also be controlled with a free Modern Forms iOS/Android App or with voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Nest/Ecobee.
- Matte white finish DC motor. Three matte white finish molded ABS blades.
- Integrated 16 watt dimmable LED light. 707 lumen light output, comparable to a 60 watt incandescent. 2700K/3000K/4000K/5000K color temperature. 90 CRI.
- UL/cUL rated for wet locations.
- Hugger fan design. Fan height is 8 1/2" from ceiling to blades. Fan height is 11 1/2" from ceiling to bottom of the light kit.
