- 52" blade span. 13 degree blade pitch. 125 x 12 mm DC motor size.
- Full-function 6-speed Bluetooth hand-held remote control included.
- Smart fan design that can be controlled with a free Modern Forms iOS or Android App or with voice command Google Assistant, Amazon Echo, and Eco bee.
- Oil-rubbed bronze motor finish. Three barn wood finish blades. Etched glass diffuser.
- Integrated 13 watt dimmable LED light. 381 lumen light output, comparable to a 35 watt incandescent. 3500K color temperature. 90 CRI.
- UL/cUL listed for wet locations. Minimum 9 foot ceiling height required for installation.
- 4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is 13 1/4" from ceiling to blades and 14 3/4" high from ceiling to the bottom of the light kit (with 4 1/2" downrod).
- Canopy is 7" wide. Maximum 30 degrees slope with included canopy.
