- Integrated 23.5 watt LED light module, comparable to a 100 watt incandescent. 1347 lumens. 2700K. Includes luminaire cover for non-light use.
- Graphite finish DC motor. Four weathered wood finish molded ABS blades. Wet location rated fan design.
- Full-function hand-held remote control included. Smart fan design can be used with free Modern Forms iOS or Android App or with voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Nest/Ecobee.
- 4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is 11 3/4" ceiling to bottom of blades, 15 1/4" ceiling to bottom of light (with 4 1/2" downrod).
