- 60" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 188 x 20 size DC motor. Maximum 20-degree ceiling slope with included canopy, 45-degrees with adapter (sold separately).
- Integrated 16 watt dimmable LED light. 1,500 lumens, comparable to a 100 watt incandescent. 3000K color temperature. 90 CRI.
- Wet location rated for outdoor use, can also be used indoors. Matte white finish motor. Three matte white finish ABS blades. Etched opal glass.
- Wi-Fi-enabled Smart Fan: operates easily with iOS and Android apps, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Nest, and EcoBee. Also comes with a full-function remote control.
- Requires minimum 9-foot-ceiling for installation. 6" downrod included. Fan height is 13" ceiling to blades, 15 1/2" ceiling to bottom of light (with 6" downrod).

Its motor features a matte white finish and is operated with a HIRO six-speed full-function Wi-Fi wall-mount control that configures to a hand-held remote. An etched opal glass diffuser covers an integrated dimmable LED light, and it is rated for wet locations. Wi-Fi-enabled as a Smart Fan, it operates easily with iOS and Android apps, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Nest, and EcoBee. (IMAP)
