- 60" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 153 x 13 mm DC motor size.
- Integrated 20 watt dimmable LED light module. 668 lumens, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent. 3000K color temperature. 92 CRI.
- Wet location rated. Coal finish motor. Three coal finish blades. Etched glass. Minka Aire Seacrest modern ceiling fan.
- Smart fan design can be controlled with an iOS or Android App or with voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Nest/Ecobee. Hand-held remote also included.
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 13.5" ceiling to blades, 14.5" ceiling to bottom of light (with 6" downrod). Minimum 9-foot ceiling height required.
