- 60" blade span. 13-degree blade pitch. 85 x 28 mm size DC motor. Canopy is 6 1/2" wide. Maximum ceiling slope of 15-degrees with included canopy.
- Integrated 18 watt LED light module, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent. 1,100 lumens. 3000K color temperature. 90+ CRI. Energy Star rated ceiling fan.
- UL listed for damp locations. Three matte black finish hand-carved balsa wood blades. Matte black finish motor. Opal etched glass.
- Hand-held remote control with reverse and dimming functions included. Maverick fan from the Visual Comfort and Co. formerly known as Monte Carlo.
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 12 3/4" ceiling to blades, 13 3/4" ceiling to bottom of the fan (with 6" downrod). Minimum 9-foot ceiling height required for installation.
