- 84" blade span. 4 degree blade pitch. 123 x 30 mm DC motor size. Weighs 22.3 lbs.
- Brushed nickel finish motor. Eight silver finish ABS blades.
- Minka Aire Xtreme H2O large ceiling fan. Wet rated fan for outdoor use.
- Comes with full-function hand-held remote control. Smart fan capable with Minka Aire Bond unit, sold separately.
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 11 1/4" from ceiling to bottom of blades, 12" from ceiling to bottom of the fan (with 6" downrod).
Designed by Minka Aire, the Xtreme H2O is an 84" wet ceiling fan featuring a brushed nickel finish motor and eight silver finish ABS blades. For outdoor use, this powerful fan comes with a DC motor, a full function hand-held remote, and a 6" downrod. (UMRP)
