- 84" blade span. 9-degree blade pitch. 123 x 30 mm DC motor size. Maximum ceiling slope of 21-degrees with included canopy, 45-degrees with adapter (sold separately).
- Flat white finish DC motor. Eight flat white finish molded ABS blades.
- Xtreme H2O large ceiling fan. Wet location outdoor rated. Can also use indoors. From Minka Aire.
- Full-function 6-speed hand-held remote control included. Optional wall control (not included). Smart fan capable. Bond Wi-Fi smart control sold separately.
- 6" downrod included. 11 1/4" ceiling to blades, 12" ceiling to bottom of fan (with 6" downrod).
