Can this fixture be used with a dimmer switch?

BEST ANSWER: You can dim this ceiling light.
With only one photo I can’t tell if there is a bottom to the lamp? In other words- when standing below it would you see the light bulbs or is there a glass cover on bottom?

BEST ANSWER: This ceiling light does not include a bottom diffuser.
I’m trying to understand the full dimensions from ceiling to bottom of fixture. Adding up the pieces it seems it will be more than 13 1/2” total. How can I confirm?

BEST ANSWER: Hi - with the shade measuring 5" H and the included downrod 8 1/2" H, the overall height would be 13 1/2".
