A beveled stand, off white shade and a matching finial all add additional details. With a 3-way socket that makes it easy to set the light output.

Beautiful lamp.
I searched all over town for the perfect lamp for my formal living room and could not find anything that was right. I turned to the internet and found the perfect lamp at a reasonable price at Lamps Plus. The lamp base itself is very well done and the shade is the perfect shade of taupe (not too white or yellow/ivory) [...]

Lovely Birds
Beautiful on my visitors room bedside tables. Works great with 3 way LED light bulbs. Matches the theme of my room.

Well Made Lamp
This lamp arrived securely packaged. It is all in excellent condition. The hand painted designs are pretty and match the picture shown online. My problem is the description indicates the base has a white background, and a question here about what color the base background is was answered as white, also. It is not white it is a pale bluish gray. I expected to get, and wanted a white background. I looked at hundreds of lamps before deciding this was the perfect one to match a white one I already had. It's very well made, and I love the design, but not real happy with the background color. My dilemma now is I don't know if I can get over the disappointment of that color variation or not. Someone else noted a gray background in these reviews on two lamps so I have no confidence returning it for another will guarantee me one with a white background. It's expensive, and I waited quite a while to get it. It's a great lamp otherwise, but now I'm disappointed.

Hi Patricia - We're sorry that you had this issue with the painted background color of your table lamp. It is an off-white color, not pure white, which means that it may not be as light colored as you desired. Furthermore, because each lamp is individually hand-painted, the coloring differs for each model.

I ordered two of these lamps and they are beautiful. I've had brass lamps for a long time and I was determined to replace them. So glad I found these lamps. They add a pleasant touch to my decor. The background isn't quite as white as shown in the photo; more like a light grey color, but they are fine. The linen shade is well made.
I waited patiently for 2 weeks for the order to arrive, but since it was taking so long, I called and received my order the very next day. Hmmmmm
