This traditional design features a lush bronze finish with coppery gold highlights. A glass font decorates the base and has been hand-painted in a tortoise shell finish. Set the right mood with multiple light levels.

I wanted a traditional floor lamp with a 150 watt bulb for my reading corner. We redid our living room, took out the carpet and replaced with a wood floor, so I think this would be a nice addition.

I already own two of these table lamps and one floor lamp. They are beautiful and provide so much light! I don’t prefer to sit around in the dark, which it seems is the fad now. These lamps provide a cheerful atmosphere in my home! I am so pleased with these lamps. And everyone that sees them wants to know where I found them. Couldn’t believe it when I found them in the store. Just what I have always looked for!

We have a traditional floor lamp that is about 80 years old. It could be fixed up but this would have cost as much or more as this lamp. We are excited to buy the matching table lamp.

BEST ANSWER: The weight is primarily in the base already. The lamp is proportioned very well and is stable. We are really enjoying ours.

This lamp made our room..........
We have a four-chair conversation area. This lamp is perfect between two of the chairs; it provides the level of lighting we need for any one of several scenarios, it does not shine in the eyes of anyone in the group, is can be bright enough to be a reading light, or it can be dim enough to be a "night" light. It is also beautifully styled.

You can have as much or as little light
It's not easy to come across a floor lamp that sheds enough light. We bought this primarily because it has so many bulbs, and they can all come on at the same time, or one at a time. Not to mention that the unit looks very elegant in the room.

Fits our room perfectly
This lamp sits between two chairs facing our fireplace. It lights the area very nicely and serves as a reading lamp from either chair. It also blends with other lamps in the room, even though they are by another manufacturer.

Beautiful lamp!
I use this lamp in my living room. I use a 75 watt soft bulb instead of the 150 that comes with it. Even at a reduced wattage, it's perfect for reading, watching t.v. or just relaxing. It is a perfect addition to my antique furniture.
All at a great price!

p.s. I would recommend picking this lamp up at the store rather than having it delivered. I originally ordered it online and it arrived broken. I returned it personally to a Lamps Plus store (there was no problem returning it), and I wish I would have done that in the first place!

lighting with beauty
I wanted a sturdy base; maximum wattage for reading, writing, etc.; taller lamp; large shade; this provided all. This lamps turn on individually so I can adjust for all lighting needs.

Beautiful Floor Lamp
Purchased this lamp at the Lamps Plus store. The sales person told us the 150 watt bulb could be a 3-way up to 150 watts. This is incorrect. The socket is not capable of handling a 3-way bulb.

Pros: Great reading lamp, Sturdy, Good Size, Artistic Design, Area of Illumination

Cons: Not 3-way bulb capable

Very happy with this lamp.
Very happy with this floor lamp. I was looking for a lamp that had a central bulb plus 3 smaller bulbs and this was it. My husband love to read by this lamp. At night I can use it for mood light by using one or all of the smaller bulbs. It has a nice long cord and was very easy to assemble.

Not just all show
Both the floor lamp and the table model that I bought needed to have longer shades on them to shield the light bulbs from your eyes. That added another $120 to the purchase, so I wasn't thrilled about it, but I like the lamps, they work great and do exactly what I need, illuminate the room without obnoxious bright light. I wish that you could pick the shade you want for the lamp when you purchase it without a lot of additional cost.
