This outdoor wall mount light is a modern take on traditional lantern-style fixtures. The clear seedy glass creates a charming rain-flecked look, and the rustic bronze finish adds a charming touch. Not only will this light brighten up your porch or entryway, it will add a stylish industrial decorative accent to your home. For extra convenience, an energy-efficient LED module is built directly into the design.

Great quality, nautical touch

Went out after 3 years
As like the other review, we purchased 3 of these lights. They were on during the evening for about 10-11 hours a day, from dusk thru the night. That's a total of approximately 11,000 hours. Since we can't change the bulb, all 3 are going in the garbage. Seems like a waste, when you buy the LED for energy savings, but they land up in the landfill after 3 years anyway. Total waste of money.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
They just don't last after a little over a year one went out and you cannot replace the blub and they only warranty them for a year ... so I have to replace the matching set, and get an electrician to install them..... I am surprised Franklin would produce this bad of a product, it will make me question any future purchases from this manufacturer

Don’t buy!
My first review ever on products I’ve purchased anywhere!
When I purchased these I was told my the sales rep (Thomas A. M.) at the 83rd Ave Lamos Plus Store in Peoria Az that the discs were replaceable and cost about $25, but I won’t need them for a long while because they are LED discs and will last for years!
Well guess what, 29 months and 10,200 hours and two of the three are no longer working! Don’t waste your money!

Beautiful dark sky light but led module doesn’t last
I really do love this light. I ordered 4 of them to put on the front of my garage and they were just what I wanted. However, as other reviewers have stated the led module is not replaceable and burned out on two of the lamps in about 24 months. Therefore the lamp becomes a throw away and for the price that’s not acceptable with today’s advanced technology.
I called lamps plus and was told they could not find my order for the lamps so reaching out to customer service did not yield any solutions for me.

don't buy it
says 30,000 hours LED life, mine lasted 1,200 hours. Lamps plus makes this light, and will not sell the LED ring that is easily accessible. They say call customer service, which I did, they did nothing.

Lights gone dim....
We purchased 10 of these for the perimeter of our home. They are a nice light and provide just enough light to illuminate their intended walkways. Unfortunately, after 20 months of limited use, 3 of the lights have gone dim. The LED’s light up, but are barely visible, producing zero light. Pretty disappointing. Now the dilemma is whether to buy 3 similar replacements, or to just wait for more to fail and to replace them with an LED with replaceable bulbs.

Don't Buy These Lights
These are beautiful lights and we really liked the looks on our house and garage. However, don't expect to get anywhere near 30,000 hours from the LED bulb and understand that THE BULBS ARE NOT REPLACEABLE. To "replace the bulb" you must buy a new fixture. We purchased four of these lights (2 11" lights and 2 14" lights) in September 2016. One of the bulbs burned out in December 2018. There is only a 1-year warranty on the light so we were left with the choice of paying full price for another light or paying to replace all four lights with a different style. We bought a replacement light and are hoping that the lights last, but I'm not holding my breath.

Classic lantern
We really like the lamp, but there were a couple issues I hope the company addresses. First, the installation instructions were sorely lacking. After some trial and errors we finally figured it out. Second, one of the end nuts was defective and would not tighten down. We are still waiting for a replacement. Third, we discovered the light is not dimmable, which I wanted. But the customer service of LampsPlus is very good.

Don't buy this!
Unless you have $ to burn this is a waste of $. 1 year and no light & can't replace the LED. It should prominently state that there is no replacement light you can buy.

I would not recommend this light! The LED light does not last anywhere near 30,000 hours and when calling customer service they are unable to help in a replacement bulb. We are being told they are the manufacturer of this lamp and still they can’t get us replacement bulbs. We are now stuck with three wall outside mounts that don’t light and Lamps Plus won’t do anything to help us other than giving us a slight discount on three new lights. Why would we buy three more lights that have future defects? Bulbs are not avail anywhere else. Very disappointed with Lamps Plus!

Stopped working after 14 months. No replacement.
This light looks very nice but stopped working after a little over a year. Since it was passed the 1 year from purchase date, there is no replacement. Customer service was no help. Now I wonder when the other 4 matching lights will go out. You are taking your chances with this product! If it’s an uncommon occurrence, it shouldn’t be a problem to offer a replacement in my opinion.

Stay away
Great light, beautiful but there are NO REPLACEMENT bulbs when it dies out with 15 months, 3 months after its guarantee. We're on our third replacement and I'm done with it! Customer service in this situation has been terrible. Being a long time and frequent customer does not help AT ALL.

I purchased 2 of these lights about 1.5 years ago. They were perfect until one went out. Unfortunately, there is no bulb to change out so if it stops working and you are past your year warranty....you’re out of luck. Clearly 1.5 years does not equal the 30,000 hours of a lifespan they say these LED’s, even if they were on 24/7.

LED failure within a year
I purchased 4 of the 11" wall sconces and a 14" of the same style. One lamp LED failed within 7 months of which Lamps Plus replace "as a courtesy" per the saleswoman. A second burned out within 2 years not even reaching the advertised 30,000 hours of LED power. It only provided less than 2,000 hours.
I called Lamps Plus and they refused to replace the inferior product because it was outside the one year warranty NOT because it was a failed product that Lamps Plus sells. She stated this product is [...], when asked for the manufacturer name.
This is the second Callaway Rustic Bronze 11 1/2" that failed, the first failed to work within 7 months and LP replaced it only 'as a courtesy' to me. This recent failure I had to argue with the representative who was stuck on the narrative that it was out of warranty.
This product is inferior and does NOT live up to it's advertisement that Lamps Plus puts forth and Lamps Plus does not back up their products when they fail from defectiveness because they are importing this product [...].
