How does the fixture open to change the lightbulb? Is it difficult to open?

BEST ANSWER: 3 screws at the top open it. Yes, it's a pain and my honey cursed a bit installing it. We put in LED bulbs and have not had to mess with it since installation (other than changing the bulbs to black for Halloween). You do need to add a little insulation/foam around the top rim of the glass to seal it completely from bugs. We are happy with the fixture and it looks great on our front porch.
