What a difference this made to my home. Everyone has the same old tiny light that builders used. This light took my home to the next level. Just what I was looking for. And it was a great price for what it offers in terms of looks and quality.

WE bought 2 from a very helpful salesman named Greg at the Plano Tx store who personally delivered them on his way home. A couple of weeks later, decided to add another. Greg was on vacation and we should have waited. Robert (?) asnwered the phone and said specically that they had several in store and I told him that I would be by today or tomorrow to pick it up. He took my name down. When I arrived the next day, a different guy said that they went off sale the day before and there were none on site and hadn't been. When I asked "Can you sell me the display, I was told "we can't do dat." He found one at a different store an hour away and in spite of a nice woman standing next to him telling him that it could be put on a truck that was coming anyway and could be there the next day, told me that it would be several days to deliver. I walked away and returned asking for the man I had spoken to the previous day and met Robert who went away and arranged for the display to be removed and sold to me. I paid full price for it and got home without some of the hardware. When I called and spoke to Robert, he said I could come get them the next day and cut me short while I was expressing calmly my frustration at the whole affair. I did get my screws and was not apologized to or anything. I will continue to do business with Lamps Plus, but will wait for Greg next time.

I would recommend this product. I would buy in store as opposed to ordering online though. My lamps arrived damaged by Fed Ex. The glass globes in both were shattered. Lamps plus sent out new ones but I had to pay to have them installed which did not make me happy. My other 3 lamps are due today. Hopefully they will be in tact.

We have 10 of this style of light, but only 2 in this size. I have ordered the lights at different times and all of the lights, except these, have arrived in perfect condition. For some reason, this size is not packed as well as the smaller sizes and the glass inserts were completely shattered on arrival. This was extremely annoying, since we had our electrician at the house to install them the day after they arrived.
On a positive note, the customer service person at Lamps Plus was very nice, and sent the replacement glass immediately. Although she didn't say anything, I got the impression that this is a common issue with this size.
Removing the broken inserts and replacing with the new ones took more time than we thought it would, but we took care of it since we didn't want to rack up more time with our electrician, who was already making a return trip.
The poor packaging caused another issue, which is that one of the lights is bent backwards from the arm. I would have liked to return it, but at that point the hassle of re-packaging, waiting around for a new one, with no guarantee that the glass wouldn't also be broken, outweighed the benefit of a new one.
Although I am committed to this style of light around my house and really like how they look, I would caution anyone who is considering this size to be aware of these issues.
