Can you use LED bulbs in this fixture, equaling 3-100 watt?

BEST ANSWER: Yes. I did that and have the light on a dimmer switch. Love the fixture and love the light it gives off!

Beautiful Fixture
Everyone who sees the two lights in the bathroom says they look great. Very nice balance of chrome, glass and natural material with shell mosaic backing. I had a professional install this light because I needed to change from a single light to dual. He reported that since the light was quite heavy it was a little challenging to level and mount but straightforward with two people. Be sure to read the instructions and use the tools provided to assemble the light; its easy with the tools provided and hard if you try it by hand.

Pros: Attractive Design, Stylish

Cons: Hard To Install

Best Uses: Bathroom Vanity, Bathroom over mirror

Very Pretty Mother of Pearl Design
We purchased this to go in our new master bathroom above the vanity mirror. We live by the beach and wanted an understated, elegant beach theme, and this light fits the ticket.

The light looks just as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures. The capiz mother of pearl sea shells is very elegant and will complement many different paint colors and bathroom color schemes. The Cashelmara Collection has many beautiful complimentary pieces too.

I highly recommend it!

Beautiful with The Lilypad Collection
I used this collection in the bathroom of a recent remodel that I designed. It was matched with white travertine floors, an overhead tub filler, rich cherry wood, mosiac river rock and a pedestal tub to die for. I was surprised at how well made and truly beautiful the collection was for the price. It has a very organic look with a bit of bling that I knew my client would love. I used the Liliy collection in the entry and great room, with a capiz shell hanging light over the bed which is open to the Master bath.

Pros: Great Value, Unusual, Bling bling, Easy To Assemble, Striking, Attractive Design

I installed in the bath. Looks beautiful - great light source - 3 100 watt bulbs! Not as much pink in the shells as I expected but very attractive.

Pretty but expensive
I purchased the lighting fixture from the store. I needed to see it for myself because of the high price. The saleman added lightbulbs that I did not request and charged me for them. I was not happy about the deception!

Pros: Easy To Assemble, Attractive Design, Adjustable

Sophistication at a reasonable price
This fixture fits beautifully above a triplex folding mirror, giving good but gentle light on vanity users. It can be mounted with the glass inserts facing either up or down, making it very versatile as either uplighting or obviously, downlighting. I chose the downlighting as it makes dusting virtually effortless.

Pros: Great Value, Adjustable, Diffused Light, Attractive Design

I love the look but it is falling apart
We installed this fixture a few years ago. I love the way it looks in the bathroom. We noticed the glass shades started to get a little catty wampus and attempted to straighten them. Now one of the shades has totally separated from the stem and is just hanging. We have it installed with a downlight. Perhaps if it had been upright we would not have this issue. We may just turn the fixture around. At least the shade can sit on the base and not have gravity act on it. We can't figure out how to reattach the globe to the base. Perhaps we will just get a new cheaper fixture, all of these items [...] are all crafted poorly so might as well not spend so much money next time.

Response from Lamps Plus
Hi Sue R., sorry to hear that one of the shades on your bath light has come loose after a few years. Could you reach out to our customer service team via phone, email, or chat so they can learn more about your issue? Thank you.
