I have an 8' ceiling open concept (mostly), all white kitchen, glass uppers and 5' island. I love these, would these be too big if I ordered 2? Really want them for least obstructive view, our 3 windows over sink are to the counter, and want to see these beauties, but I don't want it to look ridiculous. Thank you for your help all!

BEST ANSWER: This pendant includes with 5-feet of chain and 12-feet of wire. There are various guidelines in spacing pendant lights above a kitchen island. But generally, you want to space your lights approximately 24”-30” apart from the center of each mounting point. Adjust accordingly based on the size of pendant to suit your islands length. Small islands (4 to 5 feet long) can handle 1 large or 2 medium pendants. Large islands (6 feet or more) can handle 2 large or 3 medium size pendants. It can also be based on individual preference if you like the scale of them oversized or smaller. Also remember on average, the pendants should be 30”-36” above the counter top (adjust higher as needed). Perfect island pendant, fits in well with farmhouse decor.
The light was easy to hang, and looks great! My only complaint is the globe is difficult to remove and put back on. I usually take my glass shades down and wash them periodically, and this will be slightly challenging with the way the globe attaches to the fixture.

Love this light!
We purchased 3 for our kitchen remodel to hang over the island. Love the look and we get lots of compliments on them. One of the lights didn't hang straight which was noticeable with having 3 in a row (probably wouldn't have been noticeable with just 1). I contacted Lamps Plus and the immediately sent another one out so it didn't delay our project. Very happy with their customer service. I've since purchased additional lights from them.

We purchased these for our kitchen above snack bar. They are quite a bit larger then what we previously had and at first thought they would be too large. Since they have clear glass I think they are perfect! You really don't notice the size..Love the style and everyone comments on them...quite the statement piece in our kitchen!
