This stylish outside wall lamp offers great looks, plus the convenience of a built-in motion sensor. A handy security feature around garages and patios, the motion detector has a 150 degree, 30 foot range. Optional tail assembly.

BEST ANSWER: Not sure how an outdoor light would affect a Ring camera in such a way that it would mal-function. Check your Rings instructions for possible compatibility issues with lighting.
Does this light at 25% after dark, going to 100% when motion detected ?

lighting stays on for several mins, then turns off. Assume it is at 100% when activated.

Is the light long or short. 2 pictures show it short and one shows a longer version. Is it interchangeable?

I live near a street and the cars driving by activates the lights. Is there a way to block the top part of the sensor(say with electrical tape) to prevent this? Or would rotating the sensors accomplish this?

BEST ANSWER: The sensor is not designed to be blocked. But the sensor can be moved to the left or right t change the coverage area.

Can this light be turned on and off from a main switch at will but when the switch is off, will the motion sensor still turn the light on?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, there is a manual override. The light can be activated to stay on full bright after dusk (sunset) for only one night at a time. It automatically resets at dawn (sunrise). Manual mode must be reactivated each night.

Brass Lights by The Garage
As I said, I like them very much and plan on buying a few more.
I installed two of them in the front of the house along the sides
of the garage. I wish they came with and without motion sensors
as then I could put them in the back yard as well.
I think they are great!

Perfect Lamp replacement
This was the Perfect Lamp replacement. It only took me 10 minutes per fixture to replace. Granted, I was replacing the same brand fixture with the new one. But the motion detection is better on this model. The old ones lasted > 10 years.

Charleston Coach Light
