Will this fixture install on a pancake junction box?
William M on Jan 9, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Per the manufacturer, it is recommended to use a standard junction box for installation. You may try a shallow recessed pancake junction box to install this ceiling light, but it may be a tight fit. If you are unfamiliar with installing a fixture with this type of junction box, we recommend consulting with a certified electrician for further details on electrical codes and installation requirements for your specific project.
I need a bright light in a walk in closet. Would this be suitable for that?
A shopper on Jan 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes. With the right bulb this fixture puts out a significant amount of light.
How do you change the bulbs?
Bryan C on Jan 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: To access the bulbs the dome has to be removed. I believe the dome rotates in the base to lock it in place. The glass basically screws onto the base. You should be able to rotate the glass counter-clockwise until it comes loose. The bulbs are then accessible. Depending on how tight the base is attached to the ceiling, you might need to hold the base to keep it from rotating on the support screws and coming loose.
