I wanted an unobtrusive ceiling fixture and I got it.
The light is bright and white and the fixture can be dimmed. I do needlework and do not like that my older ceiling fixtures (flurescent) gave a weak, yellowed light as they have become older. What I like is that the LED fixture uses even less electricity.
So amazing! Bought one to see if I liked it first and now we have a total if 4 in my house. Amazing quality, love the clean and modern look and not to mention the excellent price! A+ product! I researched so much and nothing is as good as this product! Yes, you might find some other great ones that would compare in quality but they are all $300 + so this one is the best choice out there.
This ceiling light is very thin and very bright. It is made to use a dimmer switch and would recommend using one due to the extreme brightness. The only downside is the installation. This fixture uses a snap-in piece to attach the fixture to the junction box. This snap-in is not very easy to attach, tried multiple time before I could get this to work.
