Create a custom look with this contemporary swing arm design in a warm antique brass finish that starts at the square backplate and extends to the arm. Topped with an elegant double shade design, with a sheer silver outer shade and white inner hardback shade. Full-range dimmer switch located on the backplate. Plug-in design makes this fixture easy to install, with no electrical wiring needed.

Beautiful, well-made lamps; good value
I LOVE these beautiful lamps. I searched for accent lamps that would work well with my ornate antique brass headboard and these fit the bill. Using the dimmer provides a wide range of light from bright for reading to soft mood lighting.

Switch on one side. Should be an option for left or right.
I bought these to put on either side of the bed. It will be fine on my side, as the on/off switch is on the side closest to my side of the bed. Not so good for my husband, as he'll have to reach around the arm of the lamp to turn the light on/off. I didn't think about it as I was ordering them, because I've always had swing arm lamps with the switch at the center of the base or at the base of the light. Other than this one flaw, they are very attractive lamps, strong and sturdy.
