Directions are not good and if a person had not assembled or hung lighting fixtures they may have problems. Assembly is not difficult, but time consuming especially for the decorative parts. Wiring assembly to box (cord runs through stem) not clearly shown in directions and should be included. Wiring should be with white and black wiring, not ribbed and smooth since the ribbing is so small a mistake could be made if a person's fingertip feeling is no sensitive.
