Should the length of the light be factor??

BEST ANSWER: Generally, you should choose a picture light that is between 60% to 80% the image size (not including the frame). Please contact one of our knowledgeable Lighting and Home Décor Specialists who can assist you with more sizing advice for pictures. I have also added a helpful link below:
Where is the rocker switch located on the cord? How many inches below the fixture? I am trying to avoid having a switch behind the picture itself.

BEST ANSWER: Per the manufacturer, the picture lights switch is located on the back plate.
