BEST ANSWER: Ii placed heavier items on the bottom. On the top shelf I have a place setting for eight which includes plates, saucers, bowls. The shelf is really sturdy but I can tell you it’s nice.

BEST ANSWER: This buffet cabinet is not specifically designed as being an entertainment center, but I do not see why not. Note, there are not cut-outs in the back for plugs and cords.

BEST ANSWER: Fist, this piece is extremely heavy, so if you plan on carrying it upstairs, get white glove service. In my opinion the storage is not enough for clothes, perfect for buffet. Beautiful piece, maybe you don’t have a lot of clothes, I have too many.

Fabulous cabinet.
