The flowing design of this gleaming transitional three-light four-tier crystal flushmount ceiling light will add a sparkling yet calming quality to the home. Tendrils of clear crystal octagons and prisms arch into gentle cascades downward with the soothing appeal of flowing water. With a chrome finish over steel frame construction, this magnificent fixture is ideal for a dining room or living room.

Beautiful
So easy to install. The directions were easy to follow and complete. It is perfect for the “French Cottage” look in my home. So so pretty.

Beautiful lamp, assembly a bit of work.
Just bought this and installed it. A beautiful light, real glass crystals, even an extra set. They include white gloves to keep the crystals clean! But the assembly was more work than it should have to be. The included screws to attach the canopy to the electrical box were in no way long enough. If your box isn't exactly flush with the ceiling, like I suspect many aren't, you will need longer screws. I installed a medallion also, so I had to buy 2" screws, instead of the 3/4" ones included. No way they could know my situation, but 3/4 is of no use at all. One other thing. The little hooks on the top of the crystal strings were all bent over and had to be opened up for hanging. Do yourself a favor and do this sitting down, instead of on a ladder. But I would buy another one if I had a place for it. A nice, small, quality light!

Disappointed
I installed my Chandelier 03/02/2019 to find missing crystals. According to the parts listing I received the correct amount but The A crystals (as per the instructions) are supposed to go on the outer and 1st inner tier; there were only enough for the outer tier. I did not have any to place on the first inner tier (missing 18 crystals). And the B crystals (per the instructions) are supposed to go on the 2nd inner tier, I used the 12 provided but there still six holes open. I emailed the company and the CS rep contacted the POC that installs the lights and told her to tell me maybe I installed them incorrectly. The tech said he told her they should be hung big small, I said nope not what the instructions say. He said every other hold I said nope not what the instructions nor the picture on line. They had me email pics of my light fixture up so I did with the following included "As stated on the instructions the pic online has crystals in every hole. I do not need anyone to walk me through how to install the crystals; I just want the missing crystals sent to me. I need 18 A’s for the second tier and 6 B’s to finish the rim around where the light bulbs go." Here it is 3/11/2019 and I am still waiting for my crystals. I am sure this light will be beautiful once it is done...but when will it be done???
