Susan C on Jul 19, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Chandelier assembly is required.
Are the glass globes clear or slightly yellow?
A shopper on Jul 4, 2020
BEST ANSWER: The globes themselves have a smokey tint, I'm not sure I'd call it yellow. If look at the on-line picture, the color along the upper edge of the farthest left bulb is pretty accurate. But when the lights are on, the LED filaments are definitely yellow, almost orange because they are the "Edison bulb" style. If you want a clear white light, this isn't it. But the beauty of this light is if you don't like the bulbs, you can replace them with whatever you want and completely change its character.

Looks great, but lack of options for replacement bulbs
The chandelier looks great, and the bulbs are very nice. The only issue is that you can't find exact replacement bulbs for this anywhere. If LampsPlus can point me to them, it would be a 5 star chandelier!

Paris metro style
Beautiful chandelier that reminded me of a bistro. It comes with large globe bulbs that i can't find at Home Depot. I can order them from LP or get smaller globe bulbs from Home Depot.

Unique light
This is a really unique fixture for an entry or dining room, if you like the look. The good part is that the bulbs themselves create a large part of the appearance. So you could install different bulbs to change the look if you tire of it. Be aware that it comes with "Edison bulbs" that have a yellowish light, not white. It hangs from a rod, and comes with a set of them (three 12" and 1 6") to adjust the hanging length up to 42", in 6" increments. However, the power cord runs inside the rods, so once installed the hanging length is fixed unless you rehang and rewire the light (and haven't initially cut the power cord too short). The fixture is pretty easy to install, and one person could do it if on a standard ceiling. But for a two story ceiling I needed help - get a two person ladder too. And this may be obvious, but don't put the bulbs in until you've hung the fixture - too easy to break one while installing.

Beautiful Light - Ugly Bulbs
The light is beautiful and looks great. The bulbs are very very gold/yellow and provide little to no light. Wish we would have known that - but we will just order different bulbs.

Great fixture, yuck bulbs
I love the fixtures. Hate the bulbs. The Edison bulbs give the light a candle light glow. So not bright at all. However, we replaced the bulbs with led daylight 3" bulbs and the light is so bright! People have admired the fixtures with the new bulbs, love the brightness.

Do not buy if you love the bulbs that come with it. You will never find the exact same ones.
It's is very unique piece with the bulbs that come with it. BUT...Don't buy this chandelier. I hired someone to put it up. I was putting in the bulbs and realized that they gave me a clear bulb. I took it back to the store to see if I can get a bulb to match the rest of the amber bulbs. Apparently, that's a difficult task. They would like a picture of the fixture without the bulb? Can't they imagine that one is missing? I had already dropped off the clear one at the store. The bigger concern with this fixture is once the bulbs burn out you can't replace the exact same ones. Yes, you can find others that are similar but won't be that same size/ color effect. You will have to take the whole set down for it to match. Why buy this fixture if you can't purchase replacement bulbs or when customer service can't fix a simple issue of getting the right bulb that was the wrong color in the box. Originally, I was sold extra bulbs for this chandelier that was not even the right fit. The sales lady and I did not realize that it already came with light bulbs. We thought they were globes, not light bulbs. Not a big issue, I just returned all of those. So why is customer service having a hard time figuring this out? Why sell a chandelier where you can’t repurchase extra bulbs when they burn out? How about contacting the manufacturer who packed the box to get the correct bulb that was supposed to come with it. If it was not already hanging in my house, I would return everything in a heartbeat. This should not be that complicated.
