Do you think this ceiling light would be good for a small laundry room?
Dawn J. on Jul 24, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Sure - With this ceiling light using up to a combined 180 watts, this should be more than enough light for most laundry rooms.
How much light does this throw? Would it be good for a dark hallway?
A shopper on Sep 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi - this uses three 60 watt bulbs, so it puts out a fair amount of light. Depending on the length of your hallway, this should be more than enough light.
Is that light dimmable?
Carrie E on Jun 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi - sure, you can use this light with a wall dimmer. If you happen to be using LED bulbs with this design, just make sure that the bulbs are dimmable and that they are compatible with your wall dimmer.

It was a little tricky to get the glass panes into place before mounting, but once in the frame, it all went up fine. Really nice-looking overhead lighting!

Pros: Area Of Illumination, Attractive Design

Poor Bottom Glass Design
I purchased two of these lights. They are good looking lights but unfortunately the bottom round glass cover is very brittle. Poor mounting design. Needs a rubber washer or something to take off pressure on the center mounting tab. Both of my bottom rounds glass broke in half. I had them professionally installed. I went back to my vacation home to find the bottom glass cracked in half and laying on my floor. I took it back to Lamps Plus for a refund. Nice looking light but poor mounting issues. If you have to change the light bulbs. Your giving yourself a risky chance that the glass might crack. Poor design!
