Attractive, simple.
Works well for a hallway light; not too bright, but bright enough for stairs.

Don't install this by yourself!
This ceiling light was originally installed by one of the workers on my kitchen renovation, a strong-looking 6'2" guy in his 20s, and I saw him struggle to put the shade on.  After having to remove/replace the shade myself a few days later, I now understand why.  The center pipe, over which the glass shade goes, then the finial screws on to, is very wobbly!  Not because it was too loose, I had it screwed in as much as I could while leaving room for the shade and finial.  So with one hand, you have to balance the glass shade, which is cumbersome and not exactly light, on the pipe, while with the other, you are trying to screw the finial onto a pipe that keeps moving. Aside from this one issue, I really like the lamp. It looks exactly as pictured and provides adequate (but not a ton) of light for my small 5'x7' kitchen.

Pros: Attractive Design

Cons: Hard To Install
