This worked great in the hallway. The lines parrallel the hallway line. Great diffuse lighting. Barely noticeable unless the light is turned on.

simple yet modern design almost blends into the ceiling when not turned on, which is what I was looking for since I would love recessed lighting, but can't have it in my home. This light fixture show cases clean lines and a modern feel that I was looking for!

I love the look of this light but the only drawback which I will address with Lamps Plus (and they have fabulous customer service) is that the screws in one of my lights does not stay in the part that is mounted on the ceiling - so the glass diffuser does not stay in position. I have now purchased a nut to keep the glass part connected better while I order a replacement light from the store. I don't anticipate any problems in replacing the screws and having Lamps Plus make me happy. It is a very reasonably priced item which is both stylish and gives excellent light.

I bought two of the lights and had them installed on the ceiling beam on either side of a very modern ceiling fan that is round (no arms). Their shape vs the shape of the fan just makes the whole set-up. I have received a lot of compliments on them and the room as a whole.

I put this one in a small foyer between my bedroom, bathroom and walkin closet. It fits perfectly. Doesnt take too much attention from walls design and gives a good amount of light. Pleasant for eyes, especially in the morning after a long sleep.

Fairly easy for a novice to install. A little hard to get the base and the 2 panes of glass square. They look great once installed. Two 60 watt bulbs are enough to light the hallway.

Not easy to install. And if you have big or fat fingers you can add a half an hour to your work time. Took a couple times to have it squarely positioned.

This fixture is excellent but if you want to use an LED bulb with sufficient brightness they may not fit the small space allowed.

I have purchase this fixture before and they are great for bedrooms if you don't need a lot of light. These use special bulbs. My most recent purchase has a flaw in the glass coating that I probably should have sent back, but had already installed. I love the look.
