I made this purchase because I love Sun Flowers, fairies, the sound of water and the fact that it is a lighted fountain. It will fit in a corner of my patio and matches the yellow table cloths I am using. I wish the third flower was lighted too, but maybe the designer will consider adding another light...but I am too interested in getting this item right away, to wait for that possibility!

I didn't get any either. On the back of the fountain there is a door that slides open to the right. Inside you should find a water pump and 3 light wires.

Look in side each flower and there will be a led light seated in rubber. Push those down until they seat..Making the flower water tight. There is also a led light in the bottom where her feet are. Do the same if its not done already. You can fill up the fountain from the front or the back. Probably 5-6 cups of water (8oz). There is a door that slides left to close and allows the electric cord to pass to the outside to plug it in. Its very important that the water is in the fountain, the pump is submerged in the water first before turning it on (Plugging it in to the electrical outlet). Make sure to keep the water level over the pump or you will burn the pump out. Check it every 3 days as water evaporates. Pour a 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide in the water to keep it crystal clean and don't use bleach or other chemicals that will harm an corrode the pump... On the side of the water pump is a flow regulator that increases or decreases the water flow. I turned mine up all the way for full water flow.

It’s really just filling the lower base “basin” with water mixed with hydrogen peroxide ( apparently to prevent molds) please ask John Cariaga our sales rep. for the ratio of water & hydrogen peroxide & voila a beautiful stream of water lit fountain glow! Enjoy!

BEST ANSWER: They are already strung in there and have a rubber gasket around their base. You just push them in. It's very easy.

Just got this adorable fairy fountain!

Prompt delivery, good packing so she was in good shape. Customer service was great when I called. It would help if there was a packing list and some instructions.
