BEST ANSWER: I don’t really remember- I think you have to assemble the portion with the bulb ( glass housing under the metal shade) - that was tricky. The good thing is it’s been two years and I haven’t had to replace the bulb.
How long will the LED last before needing to be replaced?

Love this lamp!
Absolutely love this lamp! I had some very specific criteria for a small space in my home: bright reading light, adjustable height, with the lowest height just above the couch, small footprint, LED to prevent heat. This lamp was the only solution, and it is beautiful, too. It matches my decor perfectly.

Stunning and Substantial !
I highly recommend this lamp. It is actually better when seen in-person. So, I was extremely pleased when it arrived at my home. The height is adjustable so it can be raised to rise over a desk. The LED lighting has a dimmer function, which my husband loved! It is very sturdy and substantial in weight so that it doesn't move around. It is not overpowering in it's features. Therefore, it's adds a very elegant, yet subtle, artistic element to the room. It is worth every dollar I spent on it! I see it has an investment that will last years-to-come.
