I have two of these beauties, that's how much I like it. It's like a little piece of architechure in the room. Spare, simple design, but striking and eye-catching. The shade color is warm and appealing. This Holtkoetter lamp is expensive but the quality and design are exceptional. I'm very satisfied with this purchase...every time it catches my eye!

POOR (nonexistent) CUSTOMER SERVICE -- I bought this lamp from Lamps Plus Open Box and they never shipped me the lampshade. I've contacted them via email (could not contact by phone as the number didn't work) and never got a response. I would recommend the lamp, but don't buy it from Lamps Plus, especially not from Lamps Plus Open Box!!!
I've had to order the shade directly from Holtkoetter, the manufacturer.
