A beautiful piano desk lamp design by The House of Troy, who have been manufacturing picture and piano lights since 1960. This handsome, double adjustment, twin arm piano desk lamp features an antique brass finish and a swiveling shade to direct light.

The picture seems to show darker ends of the shade than the middle. Id that just the photography or is the shade really in two colors?

BEST ANSWER: Part of it is the photography. The lighter area in the middle is from the flash however, that being said, antique brass does have variations in tone to the color. Antique brass generally has a bit of patina that gives it more than one tone. If you look at the base of the lamp, that is more representative of the true color of the lamp.
