BEST ANSWER: I have a finneal on it but it doesn't show-the shade is higher than the finneal. The finneal just keeps the shade secure.

Exactly as described
Delivery was prompt and the product was in great condition. My only comment would be that I would have preferred any packing materials to packing peanuts. There was a garbage bag full of packing peanuts, and it took me about 5 minutes to transfer them from the huge box that the shade came in to the bag so that I could dispose of them. And - to be environmentally friendly - I can't just throw them into the trash; I have to find some facility that will take them. Aargh.

Just the right look
This lamp shade was a cheap update to my old lamps. This barrel style is really "hip" right now and it was just he right look to update my old lamps on my dresser in the Master Bedroom. The size is perfect for buffet style lamp bases. The price is really reasonable also. I could have driven all over town and wasted a bunch of time and energy looking for something like this and done much worse. 19.99$ is really a good price for a quality lamp shade. The included harps make the whole process fool-proof. Nice texture and a warm glow - not too dark - not too white.

Cylinder Shade
Lovely shade for a narrow lamp. Used in a small room. It is very difficult to turn the lamp on because of the narrowness of the shade. It wouldn't take long to show wear from your hand squeezing in. Solved problem by installing a line switch.

Goes with everything!
I needed a simple lamp shade for my guest bedroom. I wanted a shade that went with everything in case I deceded to change the color scheme in the room. This lamp shade goes perfect with almost any color! Oh and it was very reasonably priced.

I would buy this product again
I was looking for a lamp shade for two lamps I purchased for my bedside night stands. The staff at Lamps Plus helped with the lamp shade selection as well as the harp and smaller bulb size to make the lamp even more attractive. The lamp shades, harp, and smaller bulb size were perfect for my lamps.

Great Modern look, great price!
This cylinder lamp shade was a perfect fit and look for the mid century modern style of my home office. It complimented my base as if they were made for each other! I highly recommend it. Only tip, you have to buy an additional harp.
