- Comes with 6-feet of chain and 10-feet of wire. Pull chain on-off switch. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Does this need to be hard wired or is it a plug in?
BEST ANSWER: Hi - this needs to be hard wired. You can install it indoors or outside, but if you use it outside it is damp location rated only, meaning that you have to use it in a area that is protected from the elements, such as a covered porch or patio.

Can I use this indoors?
BEST ANSWER: Absolutely! This piece would work just as well indoors as out.

can this be made into a SWAG lamp ???
BEST ANSWER: The mini chandelier can indeed be used as a swag. Since the unit hangs off a chain it give you the ability to swag the chandelier.

Very Disappointing!
After waiting almost a month we finally received this hanging patio light. It was white plastic and wicker not cream colored glass and the big black heavy thick cord had been wired into it after it was threaded very haphazardly through a chain that was too small for the fixture with no way to remove it! So disappointed.
