BEST ANSWER: Yes - Easily remove the four screws holding the bottom frame to the canopy base of this ceiling light.

Not with the money it’s plastic.
The description is misleading it describes the light as bronze but actually is plastic. The installation was awkward as the mounting holes are not parallel with the sides so you have to install the mounting plate at an angle to where you want the sides to end up. To change the bulbs you have to remove 4 screws on the cover. The glass doesn’t fit well with the corner clips. This is way over priced for a plastic light!
I wouldn’t buy it.
