Nice quality
I called and received fabric samples before I ordered the chair. The darker color is a nice gray but a has a little more sheen than expected. The sample for the lighter color definitely had more of a brown undertone than shown in the photo. The chair is comfortable. The arms of the chair are level with the cushion but may start to look more like the picture after we sit in them for a while.
