The beautiful, aged Brio gold finish on this transitional four-light pendant gives it a touch of Old World charm. From Minka Lavery, this pendant features a simple yet elegant metal box framework topped with curved details, and embellished with hanging accents of sparkling, cut clear crystal.

What is the canopy?

BEST ANSWER: The canopy is a round plate that covers the junction box in your ceiling and is in the same finish as the fixture.
Can this be a plug-in swag vs ceiling mount?

BEST ANSWER: Hi - this is designed for direct wire and we do not offer any conversion kits to change it into a swag lamp. But, you may check with a qualified electrician for your conversion options.
Do you have to use the crystals? If you don’t, will the hooks for where they hang show

BEST ANSWER: No, you do not have to use the crystals, but from where they hang will show. I have added a link below so you can "zoom in" on the area of where the crystals will hang from.

Could you hand this like a semi flush mount? And if you left off the crystals, how far down would it hang (the shortest possible way)?

BEST ANSWER: You can shorten the chain to the minimum of 1 link. If you choose to remove the crystals the fixture should at approx. 16" Height.
Are the crystals included in the 19 and 1/4 inch measurement for height?
