Beautiful, but . . .
This fits perfectly with our powder room decor and like the soft illumination. However, this was the most difficult fixture I have ever installed. Trying to attach the fixture to the base using the side mounting method as instructed did not yield good results for me. A better design would be to attach the fixture to the base from the front. This is acutely what I did and it did not detract from from beauty. Also, my wife, with her petite hands, had to install the globes and bulbs. No way was I going to do this with my average size male hands.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Install, Difficult To Change Bulb

Gorgeous, and it makes good light!
This lamp is beautifully designed and built. We used three, 60w equivalent A15 bulbs, and put it on a dimmer switch. We located it at the bottom of our stairway. Couldn't be happier with the result. Turned down low, it makes a great accent light. Turned up high, it makes very bright, but even light.

It was packed well. One side of the box was gouged but the fixture itself was undamaged.
I concur with others who say this is difficult to install. Four small bolts must be screwed sideways into mounting plate. However 3 of the 4 bolts are blocked metal parts of the fixture, leaving only a small distance beyond the bolt head. Included is an allen wrench with a phillips head, but the phillips head is on the long side not the short side, and the long side is too long to fit. I had to go looking for other tools and eventually managed.
Each globe has a round opening on the base. On one of my fixture's three three globes this opening wasn't quite round and would not admit the metal sleeve. I took a convex metal file to it. Fortunately it did not crack and, after about 300 scrapes, I was able to jam in the metal sleeve. Still, it was a much tighter fit than with the other two globes, and I worry that something like heat expansion might cause it to crack later.
Each of the three globes had a cosmetic issue (such as a dot passing more light than the remainder of the globe) on one of its long sides, but in each case I was able to put the flawed side toward the back. The front-facing sides look fine. But you may want to check how they look with the light bulb installed before tightening the rings that hold the globes in. They are a bit cumbersome to tighten, so best if you only have to do it once.
I installed the fixture with the globes facing up. There's no reason it couldn't be installed with the globes facing down, though the mounting plate is not symmetrical, so you should decide which way you want it before attaching the mounting plate to the wall. I will point out that (with the globes facing up) the bottom of the lower metal bar is smooth, but the top of the top metal bar has slightly raised black circles at each corner. If it were mounted with the globes facing down, these small circles would be visible to someone standing below, though I doubt many would notice them.
A hidden sticker warns 40 watts max per bulb, which isn't really an issue in the post-incandescent age.

BEAUTIFUL DESIGN! - PERFECT FUNCTION!
First, DO NOT try to install this fixture on the wall with the glass shades in place!! ... it will make access to the mounting screws MUCH, MUCH easier! Second, for the proper bathroom "cool" illumination (no orange light), purchase three "A15" LED bulbs with 800 lumens, at least 8 watts, and a temperature of 6,000K (see photos). If you wish to use a "dimmer", make sure you purchase the special On/Off switch and bulbs required to allow for dimming. Unlike a few other purchasers, I had absolutely no problem with the installation. An elegant answer for a bathroom vanity!
