- Uses one maximum 60 watt standard-medium base bulb (not included).

- Non-corrosive, durable polymer construction. White finish. Clear ribbed acrylic lens.

I admit I did not carefully read the description of this light before purchasing it. That said, I was extremely disappointed it was plastic especially for how much it cost. Hopefully it will do well in a beach environment. It is on the back balcony and cannot be seen from the front so I am thankful for that.

Lake House Lighting
I purchased these lights to replace rusted lighting on a lake house my husband and I just purchased. They have only been up a couple of months, so still a little early to comment on durability. However, cosmetically they look awesome and I get so many compliments. Also, installation was easy, I was able to install them myself with no problems.

We have bought multiple "rust proof" lights for our shore home and every single one rusted. We are hoping this will be the answer. While nice looking from a distance, you can tell they are plastic up close, thus only the 4 stars. If they solve our rust issue and don't turn yellow, I will be very pleased.
