Is all of the chrome on the chair metal or is some of it plastic? If some is plastic, which parts?

BEST ANSWER: Their is a small round piece covering the jonction between the square foot plate and the bottom tube that is in plastic.
Every other chrome parts are in metal .
Will this chair work with counter tops (36 inches)?
