This versatile metal outdoor ceiling light comes in a simple but stylish square box frame. In a bronze finish, it features clear glass panel sides and bottom that let you see the bulbs inside. No matter what style of home you have, this contemporary flushmount ceiling fixture will provide the perfect fit.

This fixture is collecting a significant amount of bugs. How can I clean the glass without taking down the entire fixture or can the lower glass panel be removed permanently to address the bug problem?

Can the glass in this be replaced? We live in hail prone area and our existing similar light fixture the glass is cracked and can't be replaced. Thanks.

We currently have 2 hanging outdoor lights that we want to replace. Would a flush mount fixture such as this work?

BEST ANSWER: Depending on how high your ceiling is, with the clear glass and 120 watts this should be a nice choice.
I have the same or similar model but I can't figure out how to remove the glass and change the bulb. How does that work on this model?

BEST ANSWER: There are two small screws, one on each side that must be removed and the entire glass housing must be removed to change the bulb. A bit of a pain so I used LED bulbs to limit how often I have to do this...
How much light does let off? Enough for a narrow long hallway?

BEST ANSWER: It emits better light than many as the cover is clear rather than opaque. I believe it would light a hallway well because the walls help contain and direct the light, but still the light will extend only so far, so it would depend on exactly how 'long' you're talking about. I have this light on my porch and it does a great job there.
Does Montesidro outdoor flushmont also come in wall and ceiling (hanging)? I need three lights that match in style and finish(flushmont ceiling,wall,and hanging ceiling).

BEST ANSWER: Yes, I have 3 of them in my house- 1 in the laundry room and 2 in my upstairs hallway. Love them!

We needed something for our front porch with a low profile, due to the glass door and this has worked really well! The light has a modern kick, but also fits the Cape Cod style of our home. It comes with a nice soft light too, which I didn't realize beforehand. Just bright enough to see, but not overwhelmingly bright. Will probably have to clean the glass a bit more often, as the bug collect in the base, but overall--nice design, easy installation and does the job.

Cool fixture
The simple lines and the modern bulbs make this a cool light with a contemporary look. This was bigger than my last fixture, and I did have to finagle the placement so that my storm door didn't hit it, but all worked out and I love it! I think it's very sharp for the price.

This outdoor light looks great but was very difficult to install - the glass panels are only held in securely once it’s screwed in. There were two very short screws and the glass panels fell over at least 30 times before we were able to get it installed . Now a few days later it looks like it’s full of bugs and I can’t see how to clean without unscrewing it . Not going there again unless we replace the light
