This handsome black recliner comes with a matching ottoman, giving you an easy place to rest your feet.

Wonderfully comfortable, this contemporary recliner chair offers a sleek and stylish profile. It features a solid wood walnut finish base with black bonded leather upholstery that is highly durable, waterproof, easy to clean, and colorfast. The chair swivels a full 360-degrees and reclines to a depth of 45-degrees. A matching ottoman makes this the perfect seating for reading, relaxing or watching TV.

  • Vacuum and brush away dust and grit as necessary with a soft brush attachment.
  • Wipe with soft clean-dye fast cloth dampened with plain water.
  • Clean along stitch seams, creases, and spaces that touch skin.
  • Use high-quality leather cleaning product, or a mild non-detergent, non-alkaline soap. Do not use solvents or detergents.
  • Avoid placing next to heat or in direct sunlight.
  • Holds up to 300 lbs.

can you adjust the tension on the recline or stop it from reclining?

BEST ANSWER: Yes you can stop it from reclining, you can adjust the tension knob on the bottom to lock it into position. We have 2 of them and my husband and I love these chairs.
will the ottoman cushion lower to a 'flat' position or is it always on an incline?

BEST ANSWER: Neither. The back is adjustable to lean back. It's very comfortable and I do use it all the time.
This chair comes up when I search for faux leather, but the description says it is bonded leather, which is not faux. Can you clarify if this is available in faux leather or only the bonded leather?

BEST ANSWER: This is one of my favorite chairs from Lamps Plus! It reclines to a nearly flat position. Perhaps 5 or 10 degrees from fully flat. It's so comfortable!

I am going to order another one,
I bought this chair for my husband, and now I am ordering another one. this chair is comfortable, and sturdy. i can't wait to get my own chair.

We were looking for a comfortable chair that wasn't too large for our family room. This chair was perfect. Seems well constructed. Wood bases are nicely finished. Swivels and reclines too.

Overpriced for the quality
It is less well-cushioned than expected. Overpriced for the quality. My neck hurts every time I sit in it. May be good for a taller person but if you’re 5’5” or less, I do NOT recommend. It LOOKS good if looks are all you’re looking for.
