Sleek and Stylish
I have two of these wall sconces in our newly remodelled bathroom. The globe is frosted enough to hide the bulb, and it gives great light. I am using a dimmable florescent bulb. The style is quite suitable for the modern wall-mounted lavatory and polished chrome waterfall faucet, both having a squarish look.
The matching K3363 by MinkaLavery,on backorder, will go vertically beside the tall mirror over the lavatory, and a second K3363 will go horizontally above the arched passageway in the hall, leading to the bathroom.
I highly recommend the Minka Lavery products, as sturdy, stylish, and easily serviced. Since we still have some remodel construction going on, I can easily remove the globes and wash them in the dishwasher. A quick zap with the vacuum removes any stray dead bugs found at the bottom.
Pros: Easy to Change Bulb, Good Lighting Area, Easy To Install, Attractive Design
Best Uses: Hall Lighting, Primary Light Source, Decoration, Ambiance

No bulbs for Californians
I purchased a couple of these sconces, which are very good looking, but they call for a 60-watt tubular incandescent bulb. Unfortunately, because I live in California I can't buy the bulbs in store or online (Amazon won't ship them to California). The manufacturer says I can use an LED bulb, but most are 2" too long and they are double the price of incandescents.
