- 52" blade span. 13-degree blade pitch. 125 x 30 mm DC motor size. Canopy is 6" wide. Maximum ceiling slope of 30- degrees with included canopy.
- Integrated 20 watt LED module light, comparable to a 100 watt incandescent. 1,600 lumens. 3000K. Cap included for non-light use.
- Wet location rated. Not suitable for locations in humid climates with salt water exposure. Five matte white finish ABS blades. Matte white finish DC motor.
- Smart fan design can be controlled with the free Modern Forms app or with voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Nest/Ecobee. Also has a 6-speed, LED dimming full-function remote control.
- 4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is 11" ceiling to bottom of the blades, 14" ceiling to bottom of the light kit (with 4 1/2" downrod).
