Great condition and well packaged. I have mine hanging over the kitchen sink to add a spash of glamour to our simple kitchen. The color blends perfectly with our cabinetry hardware and countertops. It was easy to assemble and hang and looks fantastic in front of the kitchen window. The light catches the crystals and they sparkle and send beautiful light throughout the room. Highly recommend this lighting fixture.

This is the perfect chandelier for a bedroom over the Master Bed. It was working fine, until we thought one bulb had burned out. My husband went to change the bulb, and has now discovered one arm has lost power completely and will require re-wiring. We will need to un-install the entire chandelier, including the decorative medallion, to correct the problem. This is just a time consuming annoyance, and I hope it can be corrected and is not a defective product. Unfortunate situation for us.

I have this chandelier hanging over my bathtub, with a mirror behind it. The mirror makes the details show up. I also put a dimmer on it to control the amount of light wanted at any given time.

I love this chandelier and would highly recommend this product! It is not too big. We have installed it over our bathroom sink and it adds a bit of glamour and style to our small bathroom. It was packaged well and even had a few extra hanging pieces.

Good fit for small spaces like the mud room

This product looks well made, is pretty and standing in front of it if it is positioned just so it looks great but walk around it and it looks flat on one side at some angles. I think it is because it is three lights, if it had four that would eliminate this issue. It was installed before I could see that and so a return I imagine is too much hassle but I would much rather have a four light and have it look even all the way round. I have it hanging over a guest room bed. It looks sweet and I don't have to see it everyday so it stays. Hopefully from the bed my guests won't mind the lopsidedness of it.

I bought this chandelier for over the tub in my master bathroom. I had read reviews that mentioned you have to put the crystals on yourself, but evidently I underestimated what was involved with that! The crystals are attached to one another and to the chandelier with tiny, bendable clips, about half of which had come unattached and required being re-threaded onto the crystals before putting on. Honestly, at this price point not only should you not have to put them on yourself, but if you do, they should not be held on with tiny, tin-like clips, half of which were not attached.

The next problem was shortening the length of the chain. I will preface this by saying that I have installed at least 6 chandeliers with chains before, but none of them had a chain like this...you would think it was going to be used to pull a truck! Now, I don't object to what it looks like, nor to it being strong. The problem is, it's SO strong that there is literally no possible way to bend a link in order to shorten it without using strong tools... which results in scratches on finish of the link.

Once I dealt with all of that, putting the chandelier up was straightforward... Until I put the bulbs in and tested it with the dimmer. First the bulbs (which yes, are the correct ones) had a very hard time screwing in. Once I finally got them in, I discovered that you can only half dim them... once you get beyond the half dim point, they flicker.

Long story short, it does look pretty above the tub and to uninstall it and send it back would be too much work. That said, I would not choose this again, and especially not for this price.

Not sure yet directions were not good on hanging the prisms and one of the holes was not punched. Prisms fragile and keep coming apart cheaply made!!??
