How would it work as a dining room light over a table? Open but small area?

BEST ANSWER: There are various general guidelines in determining the correct size of a pendant/chandelier over a table. Generally select a fixture that has a diameter that is somewhere between half and three quarters the width (diameter for round table) of the table top. Rectangular or oval shaped chandeliers can also be chosen based on your individual taste and shape of your table as well. Also have 30”-36” of clearance from the table top to the bottom of the light (adjust as needed for higher ceilings).
